MLK Week Legacy & Leadership Alumni Mixer
In the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy of leadership, service, and collective progress, this alumni mixer is designed to create meaningful connections between current students and alumni from organizations such as SPS IC,BSU, NSBE, and related student groups. The event aims to foster intergenerational dialogue, mentorship, and professional insight by bringing together alumni who have navigated similar academic and cultural spaces and students seeking guidance, inspiration, and community. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in shared experiences, networking, and reflection on leadership, career pathways, and impact beyond NYU.

Africa Day - Grand Finale!
Join AGSA as we close Africa Week with a dynamic celebration of culture, creativity, and community. Africa Day brings together students, faculty, and professionals for panel conversations on African innovation, culture, and diaspora influence across media, tech, policy, and the arts.
The evening will spotlight student and member talent through music, spoken word, fashion, and performance, followed by an African-inspired meal and networking opportunities that foster meaningful connection.

Global Bites & Beats
Join NYU AGSA in partnership with the International Student Hub is hosting a large-scale celebration with culture booths and student performances. The event, Global Bites and Beats, will highlight cultures and foster relationships between domestic and international students. The event will take place at the Third North mini theater and dance room (basement level) on Friday, November 7th from 5-7PM.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH SELMA AND THE LEGACY OF MLK (FILM AND DISCUSSION)
